Why hello there darlings,
It's February 2nd...hooray!!!  I would have been typing this on February 1st, but those darn sniffles had me on the couch all day, though that's besides the point.  It's now the month of love (please don't gag) and I am ever so delighted because that means January is finito and I made it through in one piece not frozen into a solid block of ice.   Guess I'm being a little dramatic here.  If I've learned one thing about living in the mountains...it's to appreciate the snow.  I can't deny, it's pretty darn beautiful.  These photos were taking just at the end of the road on which I live.

I do have some fun little things up my sleeves this month, but right now I must be off as the confections call me.  Lots of cupcake baking in order for my sister's birthday this weekend.

Tootaloo for now!!
Love bunches,

  8. Wow, these photos are STUNNING. I always wished I could live out in the wilderness of some sort instead of a city where I live now. These photos just appeal to the very aesthetic nature of my soul. Love it.

  9. Happy February! You are SO lucky to have snow :) I've been wanting to go on vacation all winter so I could see snow. I have to drive a few hours to see it, but it's so worth it.

Anyway, your outfit looks so comfy and chic. It's tough sometimes for a girl to look both comfortable and stylish at the same time...but you seem to pull this off so well. I applaud you ;)

Thank you so much for the comment on my post, I hope your father in law is doing well and recovered!! Heart issues are never fun, and surgery sucks. But I'm so glad to live at such a good time with medical technologies.

I guess I'd love living in the mountains, but I feel the cold so much and I don't know if I would be able to wear pretty dresses like you do :) today it was so cold in the mountains in my region: -21°C = -5.8°F!!

  27. I absolutely adore these photos so much! You look gorgeous as always. I love that white baby doll dress! It would be very unflattering on me (white is DEFINITELY not my friend!) but you pull it off so amazingly!
I wish we had gotten some snow this winter! Georgia is beginning to get sticky and hot already (and summer is so far away!) :/ I'll quit nagging because I should be thankful that I lived to see another summer :)
