Hi All, and Happy Hump Day,

Well it officially feels and is starting to look like spring where I live and my legs couldn't be more excited to peel off the tights and call it a grand ol day.  Typical of spring, I've been as busy as ever.  In the week ahead I'm getting another drama team ready for a Fine Arts Festival...this time with young kids though, not teens as I normally coach, I'm crafting to my heart's content with little projects around the house - because I've got the DIY itch, and fingers crossed, but I hope to start my garden very very soon...oh and I've been entertaining family and friends at the homestead left and right, so yeah...busy as a bumblebee for sure and feeling quite accomplished in the process.

Anyhoo, the loverly Lisa of Lala Faux Bois, sent this whimsy little skirt my way for a wee bit and I thought it to be the most perfect piece to bust out the bare legged season in.  Whoo hoo.  Warm weather puts me in the best of moods because I know that means long walks outside, lazy lakeside afternoons, and adventuring to places previously unseen and that's just the short list.   Speaking of places unseen, check out this enchanting little bridge we sighted that apparently leads to Happily Ever After.  Um, yeah...I'm going in :-).

So with that, I'm off.   Wishing you a happily ever after kind of day darlings!
Love Bunches,

  1. The skirt is so cute! I love that you played with all those bright colors. Also that forest is so cute, even enchanting perhaps. I love going exploring and finding little gems of places like that. http://theredlipchronicles.blogspot.com

  5. I love everything about this outfit - it's so colourful and happy! Your headscarf is so pretty, and so are your shoes, and your cute little daisy brooch :) You're looking cool in your denim jacket too - they must be one of my favourite items of summer clothing. xx

  6. I love just how much your skirt matches your shoes! You have the neatest colorful items to wear that match so good. I love that about your style! I hope the business continues to make you happy! Being busy can be overwhelming sometimes, but most of the time it feels good to always have something to do where you're needed :D. I hope the festival goes well! I'm sure you'll do just fine, even though they're not your usual age group :).

Also, what an absolutely beautiful location!! I seriously love that bridge. So dreamy. ♥♥♥
